Returns & Exchanges

At Jimmy Lion, we want you to love your socks, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging with all labels and tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the original, unworn socks back into their packaging and secure them in a shipping box or envelope to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the nearest designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
